High Vista at Ridgewood Lakes HOA

The High Vista at Ridgewood Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a professional property management company.

The Board of Directors consists of five High Vista Homeowner residents that fulfill rotating 3-year terms. They volunteer their time to ensure the community maintains its high standards by upholding the governing documents and the architectural procedures manual.

High Vista homeowners pay monthly HOA dues that provide lawn mowing service, cable and internet service, and access to the High Vista Clubhouse, pool, and other amenities. The Board of Directors have fiduciary responsibilities to ensure that the money from the homeowner’s dues is spent wisely.

Ridgewood Lakes Master Association

The Ridgewood Lakes Master Association, Inc. includes six communities along Ridgewood Lakes Boulevard. This gated boulevard features many lakes and waterways, as well as the White Heron Golf Club.

The communities of Ridgewood Lakes include:

• High Vista at Ridgewood Lakes (55+ Deed Restricted Community)
• Del Webb Orlando (55+ Deed Restricted Community)
• Atria Townhomes
• Gallery Condominiums (near the Golf Course Clubhouse)
• Ridgewood Pointe (single family homes)
• The Forest (single family homes)

The community is expected to expand in size as additional communities are developed.

The Master Association is managed by Vesta Property Services. They are responsible for managing the 24/7 manned security gates, transponders for resident vehicles, the lakes and waterways, tennis and pickle ball courts, and maintaining the common areas along Ridgewood Lakes Blvd.

High Vista residents must pay HOA semi-annual dues to Ridgewood Lakes Master Association, in addition to the High Vista HOA monthly dues.
