is a 55 Resident Owned, deed restricted, gated community consisting of over 600 elegant single

family homes. This web site has been established for the convenience of the property

owners and their guests.

We are a resident managed community.

The purpose of this Web Site is to provide a location for the homeowner's in High Vista

to keep up with events in the community and a place for the Property owner's board to disseminate

information regarding budget, plans and issues that arise in our community.
